TT Spark Plug change

Buy 2 new hoses that link the cam boxes together as they go rock hard, also might pay you to get

new coil pack connectors as these fall apart.

The plastic clips that hold the loom also fall apart so have some small cable ties to secure the looms

or buy new clips.

If you have an airline blow any crap away before taking the plugs out

Coil pack clips get brittle and crumble, buy spare ones to replace..

Breather hoses get hard and break when trying to remove, buy replacements..

The clips that hold the coil harness crumble, make sure to move all the debris before taking the plugs out. I vacuumed them out...

That should cover it..

I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned but the coil pack clips can get brittle so have new ones ready, also get new hoses that link the rocker covers. Oh and either use an airline or a vacuum to clear away the debris before taking the plugs out.

I think that covers it, sorry if these points have been mentioned but its a lot easier to type this than it is to read the 3 posts above.

Coil pack clips are a bugger, They just fall apart as soon as you touch them lol. Also another thing to be careful with is the two black hoses they are so hard to get off but just be patient and they will come off eventually. Just use some molegrips or something to grip onto the hoses :)

Remove the spark plug cover before you start. The amateurs above seemed to miss that bit!

Im impressed as it wasn't that long ago you posted this

Red liquid from front of car

Just been for a blast on the motorway and after coming back I've noticed a hell of a lot of red liquid coming from the front on the car. Is this coolant?

It's pretty much a constant flow and it seems to be coming from the radiator.

Any advice on what to check?

:D

Hadn't had the car long and never had a problem like that with previous cars. At least now I have a shiny radiator fitted :D

How did I know you'd bring that up?! :D
