Second Turbo not boosting...

Okay, took the car out today since it having a Turbo Overhaul and everything all refitted, but have hit a snag...

The car seems fine, its driveable anyways, I took it out and decided to give it some throttle on a clear straight from a dig, this resulted in the first turbo spooling up and absolutely flying :D very impressive! However, on the auto when it changed up a gear it suddenly lost boost and just poodled...

Not too phased I suppose I decided to take it for a drive down the motorway, got to 70mph, went to push out into the fast lane so planted my foot down, and to my disappointment no second turbo :/, I can hear the first one spooling up but the second one is do sweet F A...

Ive dropped the car off to a local garage for an MOT and also to road test and see if they can diagnose the problem, hopefully so, if not I think ill be dropping her off with Mr Wilson for a bit of loving :).

Before everything however the car was fine however the old tubbies were whistling excessively, so had them overhauled to hybrids with uprated bearings and other gubbins with CR Turbos, I've also had fitted a FMIC and hard pipe kit as the smic was knackered, and also new samco blue vac/ turbo hoses fitted..

Aswell as the above I have also fitted a HKS FCD, Walbro 255 pump, changed all rad hoses, all timing system (belt, pulley, tensioner, tensioner bearing etc...) So confused as to why its doing this..

Would fitting a FCD before going BPU fully (I havent got the decat pipes fitted just yet, nor the colder grade spark plugs...) do this to the second tubbie? Im completely lost, would hope (in the nicest possible way) someone has had a similar problem and can shed some light on the situation...

:) Thanks

Dan
