SteveR
Hi Lee, do you/can you get the heads flow tested and optimised?
Lee P
Hi Lee, do you/can you get the heads flow tested and optimised? Yes Steve this can be done, tbh we have the port and polishing down to a fine art now but can customise it to any setup. We can supply flow test figures if required but obviously as extra cost. Excellent Lee - I will be after some of your skills later in the year, just got to work out what order of attack makes sense for all the jobs I want to get done. So far I have - bushes first, respray last, everything else in between!

rsme
Are there any real gains for port and polish (stage 2 head) on a small single? Aiming for just 600-700 hp, wide powerband not just top end power.

Aiming for just 600-700 hp, wide powerband not just top end power. There are always benifits but it's about matching the head to the turbo being used and making the most of the cams. Larger turbos and cams will increase air flow but other things need to be done to match this including head work. These things will increase mid range torque as well as top end power
