Blackie
Having a nose at all the categories on my licence and i realised it expired two years ago. The woman in the post office when i went to get it renewed said i have technically been driving without a licence for two years. Lucky i havent been pulled then Its worth checking out on your own, I never got a reminder or anything

Robzki
Yeah I had the same last year, I assumed they lasted 20yr. £5 for photos, £20+ for the licence then the queen even makes you pay for her head on a stamp to send her the money to drive on her highway. You've bought up some bad memories, it annoyed me so much Off for a lie down.

tony tt
Thought you had to surrender the paper ones for a photocard? With the photo card you need the paper part also as thats where the endorsments go. I've lots lol
Scott
With the photo card you need the paper part also as thats where the endorsments go. I've lots lol The photocard isn't the license, it's always the paper part. The card is just proof of having a license As I don't have a card the only proof I have of having a license is the license itself
Blackie
Might be a bit of confustion as you get a paper counter part with your card licence wheres all the old licences used to be paper with no card Just checked mine and my licence covers me to drive a milk float Boom I havent Wonder why that is
