1.3mm head gasket

Aftermarket management

If you want to do it right, TT Pistons

The standard head gasket is fine for low boost systems and you will only need to change the pistons if your chasing serious power. You can get away with a piggy back management like the Greddy E-manage blue if your staying below the 440BHP mark, but I would invest in bigger injectors as they will be close to max duty cycle. I picked up a set of MKIII Supra Turbo injectors for around £60 and they are a direct replacement.

Im only suggesting headgasket and pistons as a precautionary and to make the power safe, the combination of the two will lower the compression ratio.

Same with the ECU, piggyback is good enough, but dependant on power figures that your expecting, you may want proper after market management

I forgot about injectors actually=)

Don't need a headgasket. Dont need different pistons. Setup is good for 360-400 on stock compression.

Piggy back does 500bhp just fine. Your need a lower compression with anything over 400 though.

This kit has all the main mechanical components. Your need gaskets etc etc. Recommend for an oil cooler but not 100% required.

All your need is an ECU Piggy back to map it, and a decent clutch.

You don't want to get a thicker head gasket AND pistons, thats pointless. People run GTE lumps with 9.#:1 compression, lowering a GE to less than 9.anything:1 is wasted. To be honest, the US NA-T's run 600bhp with just a HG all day long. It has more chance of knock but they do use meth/water injection alot more from what I've seen on supra forums.

This kit + cheap piggy back / or refurbished AEM unit + upgraded clutch + new oil lines = job done, 365bhp minimum.

XS oil lines usually need replacing for slightly better ones.

Injectors will require resistor's to run. These can be found on ebay cheap enough, will set you back around £30. Though for a budget set up they won't be required as you can run 380 just fine without them. Welsh actually ran a 385 with them.

If you use a knock reducer than yes 16psi can be acheived. 1 bar can be done with a decent water/meth injection system. People prefer a fuel only set up these days on UK forum's, though I'd love meth injection when funds permit :)

Graham... do it. Only a clutch and Piggy back ECU needed (cheap as chips, you can buy mine if you like I'm going standalone soon).

I would love to mate but a 6month injury layoff has somewhat cocked up my finances/life for a while. I even started to think about selling the manifold and mines to part finance it but I just cant do it to myself/bank balance :(

I had it running on my GE to expiriment with tuning and such, made my own map and drove it for 500km.

Never had it on the dyno. Was running this off the wastegate spring 8,7psi.

Shipping would be 85 euro's but i think this is sold ure the 4th person thats interested, ive had several emails.

Ofcourse making a higher offer allways works if you really want it.

I just weighed the whole package for another member so im allready busy with packing it up so it can be sold asap.
