suprasize
Ameteur question, but how easy is it? Seen it done before on some guys supra at whifbitz and it seemed very straight forward, however I dont want to do it wrong... Any write ups on here? Or is it so easy to do that its not really required haha. Oh, and before everyone gets excitable and says use the "Search" button, I have, many times, and im still unanswered . Thanks again, Dan
CanisLupus
Pretty easy: Let the Car settle over night or let the fuel pressure of if you've driven the car. Take the space saver Wheel out then the black cover you'll see several hoses conected. Remove all of them(hope you have no pressure on the system ) and the electrical connector. Now comes the "hardest" part as the big plastic "nut" is a pita to remove, at least on my car i lost the biggest amount of time with it. When it's of you can easily pull the hanger construction but be carefull as you have to twist and tilt it a bit to remove it. When the whole thing is out it's pretty straight forward disconnect and remove old pump insert new pump and connect everything back. Fit the hanger, big plastic nut, hoses and the electrical connector to the hanger and admire your work p.s. If you get a Walbro you'll have to solder the Walbro connector to the stock one. BPU List 1) Aftermarket cat-back exhaust 2) Fuel cut defender 3) Updated fuel pump 4) Colder grade spark plug Anything else you add are extras
