the impossible crank pulley bolt

and you shouldn't of use heat it will damage the rubber on the crank pulley and may have damage the crank pulley seal as well

 

Well, on the drive home after the attemp the pulley seperated and was rattling like mad, my school boy error as I gave the go ahead for the bolt to be heated... d'oh! But, its all running smoothly now :), Paul Whiffin worked the magic as per usual, top bloke, top job :). Relieved its over now :D haha
