Future transport - electric?

I know loads of people on here like the hydrogen concept, I don't know much about it TBH but I'm definitely on the side of full electric vehicles.

As I said; I love the Tesla S, I quite like the look of the new Vauxhall Ampera although they've chickened out and gone for a hybrid (of sorts), Nissan have a leaf, Toyota have the fugly FTBh, and most manufacturers are at least thinking about electric, whether full or hybrid/hydrogen.

So what about the range issue, well I've just seen this crazy concept, which uses wireless charging. That then lead me on to this idea, seems obvious really but you can just imagine the fuel companies 'owning' sections of charging road and effectively having charged charging tolls all over the place! Maybe.

Or otherwise we could sort out these guys with funding, and have so much energy it'd be dirt cheap.

Anyway, what are your plans for the future? I want a house with a garage so I can buy my Tesla. :D

I will let you know after Tuesday as it is then I meet up with the oncologist to find out how successful (or otherwise) the last 3 months of chemotherapy treatment has been. :)
