Hellstrom
Iam thinking about getting 550cc injectors aka euro/uk/us spec injectors. i will obviously also need to either get a resistor pack or build one myself. my question is, will there be any problem running the injectors with my ecu (j-spec)? reson iam asking is due to me digging abit in the cylinder head, iam bought a mines ecu and some other bits improving the flow. and iam getting abit scared that i will need (god forbid) lower my boost pressure due to not have enough fueling. (also i dont want to increase my base fuel pressure usinga tweakable FPR or use a progressive FPR) if anyone have any ide how to wire in the resistor pack aswell please share. heckler
It will run rich, so you'll need some sort of ecu to control them. On my website - I wrote a guide on how to fit the injectors and resistor pack. It's also on in the FAQ in the forum
Hellstrom
Yeah thats what i thought. Well its out of the question i guess. as i dont want to fiddle with piggyback systems. maybe its possible to exchange any of the vx-rom for running 550 injectors? As i want to stay BPU and dont want to have a standalone ecu system iam guessing i will need to put down the boost if i see it leaning out i guess i could squeese abit more out of the j-spec injectors using a progressive btr but i would rather not use it tho. thanks for the info tho heckler! apreciated regards johan
dude
Its a fudge but you can run more fuel pressure to coax a little more from stock 440's what HP you looking for
