Scooby
Ok, I had my dash apart yesterday trying to fix the most annoying rattle ever and when I put it back togther the Air Bag warning light came on. Does anyone know what might cause it or weather it just needs the fault codes reseting! Brad

Heyrick
I was hoping this would come up sooner or later (saved me searching!) as mine is has been the same. My dealer or someone b4 him had solved it by leaving the bulb loose!!!! Will try it soon, thanks Clarkey Sparky!
SupraJames
I have had this problem to, and the airbag ECU can be re-set to stop the light coming on, but have been told by Toyota it can only be re-set once or twice before it needs a whole new ECU (not sure if this is true or not) and the ECU is around £450..!! Soonto_HAS_soop
I never have to worry about this, as the facelift versions don't suffer from it.

Total and utter BS! Sometimes Toyota do make me wonder when they come out with things like this.
