dude Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 Exhaust assembly paste does the job. Actually prob the worst stuff you could use, it is extremely brittle, we only ever use either RTV or even better someting like sikoflex, very flexible and never leaks even if the exhaust flexes, we used this to seal headers on the old yanks that always blow between head and manifold. Lude Posted March 10, 2012 Share Posted March 10, 2012 Every time ive used exhsust paste ive let it dry and set properly. Within 2 miles it just crumbles off due to the vibrations in the exhaust.
