Josh
any ideas how to find out what wires are what from our ecu's mine is a jap auto twinturbo 1996 facelift pre-vvti ive looked on that thread and noticed theres a jap on there but doesnt say if its facelift or not and it says they could be different somewhere i read (might have been that thread) I've seen a guide before showing all the connections to the ECU and what they are. I have a guide saved at home showing how to set up the Thor FCD and a general one for setting up an EBC. If you don't find it and no one posts up, I'll post it up when I get home

ashbuster
sorry for the highjack but it might help basically are we looking for the turbo pressure signal wire? and its the middle wire from this circled in red? and we just use a multimeter to trace the wire from there to the ecu? is this right i can get my hands on a multimeter inabout 10 mins so would this be right to garantee i have the right wire
ashbuster
i tried the above and i was getting results through a few wires my dad said it must be because its through a relay anyway it was the same colour wire as the pin62 which in the guide it said was the right one ive hooked it up and wired the live and ground , changed the setting to 9 everything is running as normal so i guess its worked lol? i am only set to 1 bar boost at the moment anyway because i have the 1st cat still in place , needs doing in a garage installed it ready as i guess it wont hurt
