st3ven1
Fair enough, I'm genuinely surprised there are 90 of 160(originally?) UK manuals left on the road & in this country.
Tyson
Fair enough, I'm genuinely surprised there are 90 of 160(originally?) UK manuals left on the road & in this country. There were a little over 200.
Josh
There were a little over 200. And for anyone interested (I'm sure you all ready know, Mike), the retail prices in June 1995 were; Manual - £41,327.00 Automatic - £40,790.00 Supra Advanced Driving Training Course - £305.50 Pretty good that UK TT6s are still worth 1/4 or more of what they were. Wyldfyre
That's not exactly comforting to hear, considering I'm not particularly fond of automatics.
Tyson
That's not exactly comforting to hear, considering I'm not particularly fond of automatics. That's 41 UK Manuals, there are a few import manuals in the country but not that many.
seba
That's not many UK specs left indeed.... And we on the mainland keep pulling them out of UK. On the other hand the european LHD supras. iirc only 5 were sold in Belgium, 15 in the Netherlands and 200 or somehting like that in Germany. That is 220 over 3 countries ! They did keep a good value as most are still for sale for over 30.000£ in stock condition.
Wyldfyre
That's 41 UK Manuals, there are a few import manuals in the country but not that many. I know, but aren't UK Specs generally cheaper to insure (and maybe maintain)?
Josh
I know, but aren't UK Specs generally cheaper to insure (and maybe maintain)? Yeah cheaper to insure. Generally not cheaper to maintain as they're more likely to be rusty due to the weather over here.
Abz
Ferrari's are more common on the road than Supra's!
Abz
Yeah cheaper to insure. Generally not cheaper to maintain as they're more likely to be rusty due to the weather over here. If you're fond of autos, at least they're cheaper than manuals And quicker
