Mech has prob failed....there are cables that drive the window up and down, due to wear, they fray and get caught/snap so a new window mech will be needed.....prob one of the most common things to go on them....i have brand new ones in stock if needed....take the door card off and have a closer look...

Ill get you the price in the morning...at home now...once you take the door card off, you should be able to see the mech, and a cable running verticle roughly in the middle of the door...it should be nice and tight, if not then its prob broke. Have a closer look where the cable goes to as it can frey and get jammed....might be worth checking if you have power comming to the switch too ( if you cant see a problem with the mech)

Call me around 10ish if you like in the morn, if you need the mech i can get you one out same day if booked before 11. For next day del.
