ellis
They look nice, on UK roads they'll be dead within a year, they weigh more than a ship, the economy is fooked. HTH x

ellis
thought that would be the case, i will give myself a slap and get a proper set Depends if you want a show car or a go car. The Jades I have on mine are not the best made wheels in the world, weigh as much as an American family and make the handling somewhat interesting on anything but the smoothest roads but they look the mutts! So it depends on what you want - looks or handling. The traditionalists and purists will say go light and never above 18s but the posey bling crew (like me, who are after aesthetics and drive slow) will say go 19 and sexy! supra dan
looks mainly, but i had cheap replica wheels on a BMW and they disintegrated within a year and took 4 mpg off the fuel consumption

Cheap wheels with lacquered lips do tend to die quickly. The old Wheelmania Vortex Rs are a case in point: look great but don't last 5 minutes on UK roads. Pity, as mine had them on when I got it and they are still my favourites for the car.

ellis
Quite marmite aren't they! Personally, I think you can find better looking wheels than those for the Supra. And I'm assuming they're not staggered widths either (not so good). Wide berth I reckon!
supra dan
sorry should have said they are for a merc. you can get them staggered but as you say i think i will look elsewhere, just found a set of genuine brabus split rims which might fit the bill
