terribleturner
Remove both mate. Will sound so much better and you'll love the new power it'll give. The only problem is either putting one back in for you mot or finding a friendly mot place
magicmatty
Does that mean buying a single pipe to replace them both, or two pipes to fit together to replace them??? (Do they all fit OK?) Not too bothered about MOT for now, can replace them nearer the time if need be...
terribleturner
You can buy a single pipe i believ off of Ebay that will replace both, but you can always get 2 to replace them (Chris Wilsons own highly recommended). Don't forget if you have a J-Spec you'll need a restrictor ring.
Jezz
Full de-cat mate!! You wont believe the difference in power! And you wont want to listen to your sterio either, just open the windows and listen to her singing.
Darren
If you have a Jap TT beware of boost creep if you remove both CATS. Supra engines are expensive......
magicmatty
Im still running a Jspec NA so the difference should be noticeable - anything alse I need to know??? Will I need a restrictor ring for it still??
hadyn
No restrictor ring needed on an NA!
Trig
Dont the NA's have a problem with back pressure with both cats out??
black cat
How much are de cats are they all the same??? tt steve.
AndrewIV
If you there is any kind of EGR system pulling both cats is not a good idea. The valves might clatter a bit. If you do pull both make sure you have some back pressure in your system, a resonator or silencer will work.
