Gaz Walker
1)were i can get hold of some caliper decal's, there are a few sets around but not the ones im after.... i need the ones that were origionally on the uk spec brakes, silver supra writing, underlined with red. 2)what colour were the calipers on uk spec origionally silver 0r grey? piccy questions i know, cheers felo' supra nuts! They were a dark grey/greeney colour. The OEM decals were painted (white with red underline) on and no one makes aftermarket ones in that colour. You can get plain silver ones from us and others. carl0s
sorry about the paradoxical joke. erm, the UK spec calipers look like they were oringally black. Silver (cut-metal) decals are available from.. I think it's Gordon F on here. The red line would be done with the assistance of a masking tape or something.
DBR
no porbs m8... hmm am i the only wondering what the fu*k paradoxical means !???.... anyways cheers for the replys, ill use the silver decals and use a steady hand for the underlines, ill post up the results when im done
carl0s
erm, well it was probably the wrong word, but I was being picky when I pointed out you misspelling picky.
Whitesupraboy2
ill use the silver decals and use a steady hand for the underlines, or get a white bit of paper, cut a thin line out of it, mask it onto the caliper in right position and gently run paint brush over it. Take paper off and you have a perfect straight red line Of course only if you cut whole in paper straight first
