removing seized steel bolts from alloy subframe.

harrow. i have some big ugly bolts that are sizes solid into my alloy subframe. i had to cut the top wishbones off and now im left with a rod that will not budge. is it ok to attack it with heat or will this not work as the frame is alloy. i really dont want to fudge it as they cost a fortune .
