Diffuser pics please? oh and dont sell that bonnet! ever! it looks great and keeps a bit of history when you had that massive turbo fitted.

I don't have any pictures of the diffuser painted yet Rob. I have seen it and it looks fantastic, You really need to see it. :p It's not being fitted until after the dyno on Tuesday. :D

Me and Lee took the car to Abbey Motorsport today on their hub dyno for Ryan to iron out some issues and to get a power figure.

The car made just shy of 700 HP (697.7) at the hubs which I'm very pleased with. Not sure what's going on with the torque.

The spike in the graph was compressor stall on the turbos which happens occasionally, Still need to do a little more research on the cause of this.

A few pictures of the car at the dyno.

When we got back I bugged Lee to fit the diffuser. :) Not the best pictures as there's alot of reflection from the lights, The paint is flawless.

Love the diffuser mate! I want one :) Great figure you pleased with it even though there is compressor stall?

Yeah I absolutely love it, It's a great car to drive. The compressor stall doesn't happen all the time and you can drive through it so it doesn't bother me much.

One of my Favs on the forum just now, :D

Great numbers also, with the twin set up, its going to be a dream to drive.

Question for you dude, or maybe Lee. Would this setup be able to Run TCC mode??

And is there a way around the compressor stall?

Cheers guys. I'm more than happy with the power figure, It's a little more than I had expected but not a surprise as the car is an animal on the road. :)

For me, This is the perfect street set up and I wouldn't want any more power on the road.

When you say TCC, Am I right in saying that is when the stock twins are set up to come on line together rather that sequential? If so then as far as I am aware, All big twins come on line together, It's only the stock twins that were set up as sequential as stock.

We are still investigating the compressor stall. It seems to be quite common when running big twins, Seems to affect some, More than others. Ryan has played around with the map and it's now much better. It only happens when loading the turbos up in a high gear from low revs but it doesn't do it all the time. It just so happens that it decided to do it on the dyno run.

Might the compressor stall be coming from the turbo intake dividing pipe? as air caught in there could cause turbolance at higher boost between the 2 turbo's, maybe block the join or make them open with just a filter on the end, just to prove that its not that causing the stall.

I see where your coming from but the balance bar in the intake is supposed to be there to aid the balance of air between the turbos to avoid compressor stall but I'm no expert.

agreed im no expert either,

just know that compressor stall is down to aero dinamics so can only be a few things,on my fag packet science

intake flow

compressor flow ( where the piping goes to the intercooler ).

i mentioned the balance bar as its the easiest thing to check cant hurt to test for the 30 minutes it would take to try.

i just cant help but think that at the balance bar the intake pipes would be a cyclone/vortex and that the balance bar is not at the same point in the cyclone/vortex of each turbo intake as one is clearly longer then the other, these are just my thoughts and are probably wrong but cheap and easy to check LOL

I understand your logic and as you say, It's an easy thing to check. I will give it a go at some point. :)
