Kill Bill Vol 3?

I was looking for something to watch so decided on Kill Bill Vol1. The first scene is when she kills the chick with the daughter (Vivica Fox) so I decided to check on IMDB to see if a 3rd was planned, as it was so nicely setup. Much to my surprise it's there, very little details are to be had but a quick google has found that it's planned for 2014.

Look forward to it :)

First I've heard of it. Should be good, although where can the story really go? Hasn't she killed everyone by the end of part 2? The first film was great when it came out. I was worried that it would be a bit of a rip off of all the old martial arts classics, which it was, but it didn't hide it and was more of a respectful tribute when it happened.

His other newer ones are good too. Death proof, planet terror etc.

I just got Drive on blu ray. It's a pretty cool film. Love a good intro.

I hated death proof and planet terror, Drive was OK at best IMO. Always loved the early stuff though (Dogs, Pulp, Dusk till Dawn, etc) and Kill Bill has really grown on me.

As for where they are going to take it, I can only really see 2 options. The little girl that sees her mother dies comes back for revenge, as does the chick with her arm ripped off and Daryl Hannah, OR... it's a prequel?

Oh yeah I forgot about the wee girl, she says she will be waiting for her when she grows up...

The woman who gets her arm cut off in the film drives a 300zx in it- you've got to laugh at the bit where she is in the boot- if it's anything like the supras you wouldn't get the hatch down! Lol

Some people thought drive was too slow, I don't know, I really liked the feel of it and how it was made.

Planet terror was ok but I did like death proof I agree that the classics like pulp fiction are a lot better though.

On the night shift? I am lol if you like kill bill I Recommend bunraku. I thought it was pretty epic!

Na, I'm just a nighthawk. Bunraku is fantastic, really enjoyed that movie. The fact I hadn't heard of it prior, and so knew nothing about it, made it all the better for me.

I'll check it out... I watched lady snow blood after finding out it was an influence

Definitely worth a watch. It has that quirky feel & look to it, very well put together with excellent casting and action.

Just watched the trailer- it must have gone straight to video. I don't remember it- I thought it was an old film. Looks interesting. Kinda reminds me of sin city's effects.

That's what I assumed as well. I normally don't miss anything film wise but I don't pay much attention to the STV releases. Very much like sin city in the effects department, I think you'll enjoy it.

Shows its status as announced, which could just be as little as QT saying in an interview "I hope to do another one some day, maybe a prequel or something", i.e Conan: Road of Kings was announced for years with Arnie "confirmed" (filming was supposed to take place once he left office) however it all fell through.

Yeah, that's pretty much what happened. It seems to be happening though, planned date is 2014 (10 years after). Obviously no guarantees, but I can definitely see it happening.

I hope QT does do another kill bill they were great films.

Just thought I would mention that planet terror and dusk till dawn are Robert Rodriguez films not QT films he only advised him and played small parts in the films:)

Not sure about planet terror, as I didn't pay much attention to it, but the screen play for From Dusk till Dawn was written by QT and his part was fairly large so I wouldn't quite say he was only an advisor with a small part in that film.

Yes I stand corrected about dusk till dawn QT did write the screen play and Robert Rodriquez directed it. Also forgot that he was in the entire film it has been a while since I watched it in al fairness and was getting it mixed up with desperado which is another film he work on with Rodriquez. Planet terror is written and directed by Rodriguez though :)
