jake supra
Going in another direction with the sup now so my na-t kit is for sale. Iv collected the parts from the sale section and ebay. Ill list the parts I have managed to source for the conversion. The buyer will still need to get intercooler, Downpipe, intake pipe, oil lines, Gauges, ect. I would like to sell the kit as a whole. Used: T3 custom manifold. New: T3 turbo rated to around 350bhp (Cheap ebay copy It does have an internal waste gate. It will need modifying to run the external or simply invest in another turbo) Used: 38mm wastegate with 7psi spring. Used: Screamer pipe. New: Oil catch can with attachments. New: SSQV BOV (ebay). New: Oil filter sandwich plate. Used: Fuel filter Electric side. All the wiring is plug and play. greddy emanage ultimate . emanage ultimate harness. greddy injector adapter. greddy 3 bar map sensor. 550 low imp injectors. uk resistor pack. fuel rail with fitting for fpr. sard fuel pressure regulator. Na ecu I bought the above from Brendan's supercharge build. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?260133-perfect-NA-T-ecu-and-injector-setup Looking for £1100 posted. Can get more pics. zach42o1
i am interested in this. what all would be needed to finish the kit. thanks
Noz
all your need is the clutch, intercooler and intercooler piping (piping will need to be made from a universal kit, you cant buy an NA intercool piping kit). also recommended to have an oil cooler and afr gauge. your also need a boost controller if you want a few extra bhp. DannyM
how much would the above mentioned cost Noz matey? Also does anybody know what the quality of this kit is like? Mainly the turbo? Im very interested in this! Cheers guys! Dan
Noz
Depends on what clutch you get. I paid 250 for my clutch, 150 for fitting. Need more photos of the turbo to be sure. But to be fair, turbo's are cheap as chips. 350 quid nets you a T61 that will do fairly well for a while and be well within future power gains. I recommend not worrying about turbo quality until you have a reliable set up. No point in forking out big bucks for a tubby and then something that you should of paid good money for failing, clutch wastegate etc. A T3 will spool FAST. EDIT: because its a small turbo, not because it s aT3 flange.
jake supra
Thanks Noz for giving out advice. I would recommend going with a t61 or similar turbo. The one for sale is xs power cheap model. Also i mentioned that the turbo has the mechanisms for an internal wastegate so would need modifying to run the external.
JasonR24
Hey, is this still for sale? I'm teetering on the fence between NA T or NA TT and can't decide
Supra_Scott
Hey, is this still for sale? I'm teetering on the fence between NA T or NA TT and can't decide With this kit you should achieve similar power to a TT running BPU, doubt you would get a stock TT set up for that price let alone the bits to go BPU. I went NA-T three years ago and would highly recommend it, power for ££££ is a no brainer. Not to mention the smile you'll have on your face when the single turbo spools up and pushes you back in your seat!
JasonR24
Well i am looking to do this on a budget but not to make the mistake of doing a poor job with crap parts. I'd be looking for 350-400 bhp everyday power and would be happy! Just not sure is more cost effective!
jake supra
Hey, is this still for sale? I'm teetering on the fence between NA T or NA TT and can't decide Yep still for sale bud. Give me a pm if interested.
Noz
If you already own an NA then sell the whole car and go TT or just go NA-T. Save yourself a problem, if you pop an engine then its a weekend work and 100quid. Pop a TT lump and your talking ££££. To be fair, treat either engine right and u wont get any problems. Some will say go TT, some will say NA-T. If i had the money and could do it again. I would.

Herb
Just a silly question: do one also need to change the headgasket for a thicker one when bolting on this kit? Target would be low power levels, stock TT power would be allright...
Supra_Scott
I'm running a low boost kit myself, at 6/7psi u can safely stick with the standard n/a head gasket.

Noz
2.5" universal intercooler kit would be fine, large intercooler applications would not be a huge problem and you can always upgrade the cooler later. high performance clutch would be needed, purely a better NA would not cut it. a stage 4-5 W58 clutch will be the best option.
