No, definitely wrong. Very strange setup there. Have a look over at the 1st turbo (near the front) and see if there is another MBC controlling the wastegate. If there isn't then I would put it back to stock and make sure everything is running OK and the transition points are OK. If everything is good then install the MBC at the 1st turbo and adjust it as necessary till you hit the level you are looking for.

Ok thanks I would but I can't, I have literally just brought it so I don't really no were everything goes I am just reading http://www.max-boost.co.uk/max-boost/supra/boosting_the_beast.htm to try and help but it's baffling!! Not sure of original set up either do you no if there are some photos I have had a look through the forum but there are pages just a small amount of photos!!

You're better sticking with this forum for answers rather than checking outside sources IMO. The technical section has loads of pictures of the stock sequential setup. We have loads of FAQs and guides on the forum. If you want to make the most out of it I would suggest stumping up the tenner and becoming a full member :)
