Wez
You seen these Wez? They're referenced on the PHR website. http://www.randomtechnology.com/products.html Interesting. I have found a local exhaust place that will fit one for not too much money, they are also willing to make downpipes and cat bypass pipes in titanium or inconel. There are lots available up to 5" but nothing off the shelf, you would need to have one made.

Wez
I think you will struggle to find any that will do a single turbo, you would prob have to run two in parallel.

Jellybean
Over in Ireland because my car is 93 the emissions pass threshold is very high but recently they brought in a new rule: Even if the car passes emissions, they can fail you if you dont have a complete system; I might get away with it because I have a 2nd sport CAT but they will see the first cat is missing; maybe they will not realise the Supra normally has 2 CATS Worse case can I gut my first Cat and run BPU safely? Annual test over here now and its expensive to get teh CATS swapped over (65 pound a go-- 130 gbp to Cat it then decat it again after the test) Starts to get a bit $$$
