ADZsupra Posted March 2, 2012 Author Share Posted March 2, 2012 Arr sod it,I may as we'll tell you the body work issue whilst i'm on here...when I brought the car I could tell it had been resprayed as the tailgate had been smoothed but not very well. I could see a crack and small shrinkage issues down by where one of the rear spats would go..I asked at the time of purchase what had happened and he just said he caught something,and it was nothing. Only when a good friend of mine (body work specialist) saw it did he say the car had been in a prang. On questioning the guy I bought it off he said nothing was wrong with the car,only when I mentioned what the body shop had said did then divulged the fact that he'd actually come off/hit a cone at elvington whilst he so eloquently put he was exploring the limits if the car...needless to say he had my money at this point. So on top on the engine problems I was gutted to say the least. I've had it on a jig and all is good so that was a minor relief! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
