hodge
A friend of mine is wanting to go single in the next year or so. To spread the cost we want to do it in stages. I cant see it being an issue, but can anyone see any problems with fitting a big fuel system to a BPU car with stock 440cc injectors. I'll mod the rail for a dual feed and fit the following:- Bosch 044 pump -8an feed line split into 2 x -6an lines at the rail -6an return line Cheers John
johnny g
All I can think of is there might be more load on the return line
Swampy442
Just keep an eye on the fuel pressure I suppose.
CanisLupus
Can't see anything wrong there. I'm in the process of doing the same. Except that I will be using the 1000cc IDs directly to squeze the last drop out of the Twins with E85 ^^
hodge
I'm leaving the stock FPR in place for now so that will take care of the pressure.
Lee P
Can't see it bring problem at all if you have an adjustable regulator and the fuel pressure is setup.
Chris Wilson
No problem, stock rail, regulator and return system handles an 044 no trouble.
