Abz Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 I hope your right mate as the flat i bought as a investment just over 5years ago is the same price or just under the price i bought it for. Not exactly a great investment at the moment would of been better in a isa i hope things do get better. Don't expect house prices to shoot up again so quickly, we are still 'technically' in a recession. As long as you didn't buy at an over inflated price than you will be fine. I was unlucky enough to buy a year before the sh*t hit the fan. But at least lucky enough to buy my house during these bad times and got a good deal and was able to knock down the price buy 12k.
