Hellstrom
So i decided to rebuild My engine. First of i bought dodgy parts from à member here and it took somthing like 3months to get that one solved. So i decided to buy a few things from MVP motorsports. Bearings/full arp bolt set/water pump/oil pump etc etc parts you need when rebuilding an engine. I was promised 2-3 weeks before they would ship out from USA and tonight i mailed and asked how its going as its been 4.5 weeks now. And the answer i get is another 2-3 weeks before they Will ship out from US Iam over reacting? Just getting soo sick of people waiting to sell stuff but once they have your money things dont seem to be such a hurry.. Just need to get this off my chest. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=57.729258,11.786174
Robzki
I like the waiting, it beats the day things turn up damaged, like yesterday............parcelforce are not on my friends list.
Hellstrom
Its just when you get a deadline and after you have waited 1.5 weeks longer then agreed they say its aditional 2-3 weeks. So instead of 2-3 weeks you end up waiting 8 weeks just sucks and the worst part is that if you had not asked they would not said anything. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=57.782258,11.995289
Geo
Always the same bud, when you want things moving on a project something always comes up. BUT when its done though your going to be over the moon. Can you not get on with other little bits on the car?
Robzki
I know what you mean, I have had absolutely no luck in the last few months with parts, they are either wrong, damaged, damaged in transit, not as described or just plain late. Late is best in these circumstances

I understand that things can drag on and be delayed but not notifying the buyer of the changes is just rude IMO. I had to keep chasing up titan regarding my clutch which got really old after a while. As much as the guy who I dealt with was great in his replies etc the company really failed to keep me aprised of exactly what was going on. That's the one thing that always really annoys me with companies, I'll be far more appreciative of them letting me know something has fallen behind than I will be angry that it has fallen behind. PS, why do your posts always contain "I am here" with the google maps reference to your location?

Rob_Mitchell
Somtimes being the middle man in what i trade is a nightmare but sometimes delays happen, i always keep in touch with members/customers as it does get a bit embarrassing and i myself hate things being delayed

I kinda want to put the engine together as if i Start with the engine bay i Will just have a huge amount of parts and nowhere to put them. And as the crank/head/camshafts Well a whole engine is on the floor i dont want to risk damageing it. --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=57.782273,11.995371

Also imo it seems like in the US they have the slowest transportation since i wounder how all parts not in mvp stock has 2-3 weeks before they get em i doubt the parts are from Japan But rather @ a Toyota dealer or main dealer for ARP etc. In sweden in 99% of the items i buy gets shipped same day or next day and unless its from the top north of Sweden i get the item next day. Dunno maybe iam spoiled?! --- I am here: http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=57.776245,11.992620
