RobD
Basically a good mate of mine has a shell he needs to get rid of. It's recently been sprayed in a black with ( from memory) purple tint paint! Now, the thing is it has a full GENUINE Do-luck gen 1 kit on, Front bumper, side skirts, rear arches, rear bumper apron and of course the rear spoiler! He's undecided whether or not it'll be worth more stripped of OR left and and sell the shell as is! The shell is a TT Auto rolling shell, it needs seats, brakes, engine, gearbox, diff and a few other bits! It'll have stock suspension and stock alloys on it, the engine bay is completely stripped, no looms fuse box etc, no servo/ BMC etc but everything is in the car to be reinstalled! I guess the question is, is it worth selling as a whole or in bits? The kit is the same as this... http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3140214.htm Like I say, it's a genuine Do-luck kit the body work is mint! It only saw rain for the first time last Saturday as its been stored untouched since the respray! Opinions please

RobD
That's the thing, we both haven't got a clue what a fair price for it is! If you take into account the price of the kit and respray etc! What price would you be looking to pay? Pm me if you like!
j_jza80
If it was a manual i'd say upto £1500, but an auto would be £1000 max, IMO.

Rob_Mitchell
I wouldnt pay no more than £1000. I would be interested in the rear arches if he wants to sell
Robzki
If its only worth £1000-1500 complete then surely its worth more in parts.

Gen 1 doluck aint really worth a huge ammount its the GEN2 which is worth the money
RobD
Thanks for the input guys! I think he's wanting to sell as is instead of splitting to someone who'll put it back on the road! He'll take a grand for it but will be missing a few interior parts ( door cards, dash panels etc)
