superdooper Posted February 24, 2012 Share Posted February 24, 2012 i tried cloths dye , on a car carpet once , but unfortunatley it didnt penetrate and dye the carpet, it looked ace , when wet , but when it finaly dryed ........ it went grey again. I dont know, since the Supra carpet has fairly thick fibers ; will spray paint not be too thick and get caught in the fibers rather than absorbed? One of the guys I heard over here did his parcel shelf, looked good but faded after a few weeks. Definetly dont fancy taking to carpet out again!
