Westy
Seems OK buddy, good prices. Not sure how much with shipping+tax? Well I bought some shank style hex wheel nuts from California with shipping and it was cheaper than buying from any UK seller!!! Credit card gives me $1.5399 to the pound also. Dnk
I really dont see how they can make them that cheap, even if there banging them out by the 100's $59 = £37.35 !! The only unkown is what spec the 6061 is which really wants to be T6, saying that if i were making them for myself i'd use 7075 aluminium alloy Dont forget shipping, vat and import duty to go on top but should still be silly cheap compared to anything else here. Noz
That''s a lush engine bay. I think the only thing he forgot to upgrade was he radiator fan. Clearly it's not required.
Scott
6061 is good stuff, we use a lot of it in the work so I wouldn't have any concerns over the material itself. The price seems very cheap though, as mentioned, I'm amazed they can buy enough material and sell enough of them to justify those margins.
Rob_Mitchell
I use the best grade for my pulleys.... you pay for what you get in my opinion. Also cheap aluminium anodise looks naff and you see a crystal effect on them, when mine come back they look perfect.
