MaveriK
Are they any good? Is there any difference between the cheaper ones and the originals, the price differences are quite wide.

Ross C
I bought an ionic balance band last week and havent had it off. It was recommended to me by a friend who swears by it and after a week I too believe it truly works having originally thought that it would just have a minor "placebo effect". I genuenly feel full of energy all of the time and wake up feeling fresh in the mornings which I have never done before being a lazy student. In fact my friend (who plays semi pro football) has invested in ionic shoe soles for when he is playing in a match.

Believe me, if these things worked they would be sold by the millions and Doctors around the world would be prescribing them It's a placebo. You don't know when something is having a placebo effect on you, you can't say that you thought it would be a placebo effect.... it IS a placebo effect. The body get's its energy from carbohydrates, fat and protien. Not ION energy. Theres a reason you find this sort of dross in the £1 shop. There's also something you can put behind your ear that'll make you quit smoking if you are interested.

Lbm
I had a few titanium wristbands from Japan. They were for strength. The difference I noticed was nothing at first. But then after a week or so...it really was nil.
