michael
I'm sure you've already heard about the 85 year old Grandma that is sueing Rockstar games over the "Hot Coffee" sex scenes in GTA:SA but if not: http://games.techwhack.com/169/florence-cohen-sues-rockstar-games http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=24598 http://xbox.ign.com/articles/635/635261p1.html I find it odd that it takes the discovery of a hidden portion of the game that requires a hack to prompt this sort of legal action In summary: Florence Cohen, the granny, bought the game for her 14 year old grandson despite it having an M rating that suggests it is only suitable for persons over the age of 17. The outrage has only really started since the realisation that the game contained the sexual element that the Hot Coffee patch introduces (rather than the sexual suggestion that exists by default) yet the game also contains..... Drug-taking (illegal) Stealing cars (illegal) Shooting civilians and police (illegal) Picking up prostitutes (illegal) Yet the introduction of consensual sex (legal) via a hack is the part that cause some old Betty to have a strop. Anyone wanting to see Hot Coffee screenshots should be able to have a quick google for them.

Ceptik
I really dont get it either. It seems these people are fine with murdering innocent bystanders, police officers and causing complete destruction to cities. Let alone paying for prostitutes for illegal sex. But when there's a little bit of nudity....oh no!!! Thats REALLY bad. These people should slap themselves in the face and wake up. Idiots. FFS, you see that kinda thing on 'The Sims'! Didnt here many people complaining about the mod cheat for that now did we?
Faye Brother
I haven't looked at the links and I'm not normally one for conspiracy theories, but the phrase, "There's no such no thing as bad publicity", springs to mind. It wouldn't surprise me if Rockstar 'created' the whole thing to boost sales, after all SA has been out (Xbox aside) for quite a while now. AJI
Well the state should be counter-sueing over the fact she bought it for an under age recipient.
SkyJawa
Pathetic, really nothing else to be said.
Aerotop Dave
Surely by supplying the game to someone under the age limit for the game she's breaking the law herself...? When will people learn that computer games aren't just for kids.
