_Shane_
Lads i recently bought an AEM ecu from a member on here and paid for it via bank transfer. To cut a long story short double the amount ended up been sent to the seller. The seller then contacted me to inform me that double the amount had arrived in his bank account etc and i was asked for my IBAN number so the money could be sent back to me as Lloyds were unable to reverse it etc This is going on now since the 26th Jan. After a few days of the money not arriving i contacted the seller and was informed that his bank said i gave the wrong IBAN / Swift code number, i resent the details immediately after ringing my bank to re-confirm that the numbers i had received from them previously and provided to the seller were in fact the correct details. on the 26th were in fact correct so these were sent via text message to the seller. This was done on the 6th Feb Up to this point today there is still no money after arriving back and i am wondering what are my rights etc I dont want to name the seller as this could already be in the process of been resolved (i.e money on route back to me) but something in the back of my mind is saying it does not take 10 days to transfer money from a UK account to an ROI account Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I may just be paranoid regarding the return of my money but at the end of the day its 10 days later and still nothing. Thanks Shane

_Shane_
I sent another text to the chap today after i rang the bank and they said nothing arrived etc Like i said this could just be taking its time on arriving so i will keep this updated. To be fair the guy rang me when he found out double the money had arrived and he asked for details to send the money back and he also rang me when i had queries regarding the ecu itself so i could just be making a mountain out of a mole here but the 10 day waiting period since i sent him my IBAN has me really concerned if im been perfectly honest
