Nic
Any suggestions what to use to plug the holes left when the rear wing is removed? Edited February 14, 2012 by Nic (see edit history)
Dnk
I use black electrical tape, did the job a treat and on a Black car was almost invisible
d-_-b
Whilst I was running mine without a spoiler I used some rubber blanking grommets in the holes: The elongated hole for the spoiler locating pin i had to use a larger one which i cut the bottom of to make it fit, with some black silicon around the lip to make it seal correctly. Halfords sometimes sell them I think, though i got mine from ebay http://washford.scene7.com/is/image/Washford/213959?$prod$ As DNK said though, electrical tape also works well (was doing that before the grommets, but showed up a little too much as my car isn't black)
Jellybean
Will the Electrical tape stop water ingress? I bought a box of assorted Halfords Grommets and none of them fitted

I bought a box of assorted Halfords Grommets and none of them fitted I had no problems with mine, just make sure the area round the hole is nice and clean before you apply the tape, the tape also comes in differant colours Edited February 14, 2012 by Dnk (see edit history)
d-_-b
Will the Electrical tape stop water ingress? I bought a box of assorted Halfords Grommets and none of them fitted The tape stopped it whilst I had it over them - and there were a few days/nights when it hammered down during that period : ) The halfords assorted grommets were pretty expensive for what they are if i remember and they dont have much of an "assortment" ether :-/ - Thought I would just include a pic of them in a box in case they had any new since i last looked. - Dosnt sound like it though
Guigsy
White electrical tape over my aerial hole ATM. Looks ok. I'm getting water in the boot from somewhere though,,, but the boot is stripped at the mo so if it's still there once the battery is moved and the aerial refitted I'll have to check the boot seal

pedrosixfour
A mate of mine who does panel beating and crash repairs came over with a big box of assorted bungs and grommets that accumalate in his line of work. I picked through them and found what I needed for the spoiler holes, I even found a blank for the aerial after I'd removed it. Perhaps you could ask a local panel beater if he had similar? Nic
Anyone know off the top of their head what diameter the holes are? Something similar to these bike bar end plugs would work. http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTgJQ8CwC8rFlgoZ6t-nbPdg9Oqg4bbeP7RLMryUemC4InQCwNa
pedrosixfour
The 4 main holes take an 8mm bolt Nic but the locator hole in the middle of each pair is an oblong S.O.B., 8mm x 14mm
