i'm currently on season 5 of House so i'd recommend that. Dexter is another good one but a few people have already mentioned it. How I met your mother? Big Bang Theory? LOST (painful subject for a few people)? SiFi wise, bit old but still good Stargate SG1.. Heros?

Watched Grimm and thought it was good. Lots of potential. Granny going Buffy on a bad guy was entertaining. :D

I really "want" to like that program, i've watched every episode so far, it has a good plot and alot of potential, but the writers are terrible imo. It's nowhere near as good as it should be.

I got bored with House after a couple of seasons. Loved Lost when it was on.

Game of Thrones is good if you fancy some medieval style political intrigue with the promise of dragons to come. Lots of bloody sword fighting and knobbing in it, too.

A lot of effort has gone into the look of the show and the books it is based on are brilliant. Just don't get too attached to any of the characters.

Sons of Anarchy has been good, too. I found series 3 a bit lacking, but series 4 led to a few late nights as I couldn't stop watching. Some great cliff-hangers.

You ever watched Californication CJ? I watched it when it first came out a few years back but kinda lost touch with it. I recently got back into it and I've coasted through over 2 seasons in a fortnight. Fantastic show, highly recommend it.

Fairly adult, sexy, funny and it has that aura of "I wish". I literally just started season 5.

Never heard of them. Although I would recommend...

Dexter

Californication

Breaking Bad

Scrubs

Got loads more but those are the ones I watch at the moment. Just to point out, the character in breaking bad has lung cancer. It was quite strange watching it and understanding what the doctor was saying.

Great Scott! We might be twins! My fav all of them above except Californication which I haven't watched. Scrubs is definitely a classic although the later seasons tend to get a bit boring...

If you haven't re-watched the latter seasons of scrubs then I would highly recommend doing it. They were a little different to the earlier ones so when watching them at the time they came out they seemed off, they are actually just a little different and absolutely fantastic when watched on their own merit.

Don't bother with season 9 though, I can't remember what it's called. The one with the med school and the students and all that. Utter garbage. Stop when you see JD watching his future life montage and then life is complete.

You will absolutely LOVE californication. I guarantee if you watch 5 episodes from season 1 you will be hooked. It's a great show, no nonsense and totally balls out. It's what is missing from most TV shows nowadays.
