ScottC
As above, how do I go about removing it from the instrument panel? It looks like you just pull the knob off Thanks

Paul
It pulls off but is a bugger. Maybe try and get a couple of screwdrivers under it and protect the surrounding dash and use them to lever off. It's push fitted onto a square shaft btw. Guest Daddio
As above, just pull the knob off. To remove the dimmer from the dash you just undo the nut under the knob and it comes out the back.
ScottC
Ok thanks guys l'll give it another go tomorrow. It felt like it was going to brake.
Morpheus
Mine was always missing but fortunately it was on full brightness when it was removed. I'd advise turning it up all the way before removal incase you lose it or break it. Anyone know how much they go for?
RobUK
Tie some cotton around the back and pull... It should come off easily... Think I have a spare if you break it
