Guest KARacing
Nic, I see you shipped the order by HK PO Regular air parcel, not the express one which only takes 3 business days. The regular air shipping usually take 7 to 10 business days for any overseas countries and I see you shipped the order on Sept. 17th which was Saturday in HK time, so your buyers wouldnt receive the shipment until Sept. 23th, 2005 (earliest) or Sept. 30th, 2005 (latest), so it is not the UK post office's fault

Guest KARacing
Ken, I've been shipping parcels from HK to the UK for nearly 10 years. Then you should know that the shipping will take 7 to 10 business days usually. From my experience, I have been shipping parcels from HK to the UK for about 3 years and all my customers usually receive it in 7 to 10 days by regular air service and 3 days for express one. Guest KARacing
Airmail = 3-5 (letters) 5-7 days (parcels) see HERE What is it? That is NOT official HK PO website and information. You should go to any HK post office and ask them. They will tell you the same which i told you (7 to 10 days). Or I can go with you since I know the kowloon post office manager very well. I have 100's of airmail receipts sat on my desk here, I could go track them all on the website and tell you eactly how many days each parcel took to deliver. However at 4am on a Friday morning I really can't be bothered as I know from experience how long parcels usually take. Ken, you're getting very tedious mate, why is such a big deal to you anyway? SatSport
I understand Nic is doing his best in these matters which are way beyond his control. If it is 7-10 days then i`m happy with that. After all HK is a long way away. After all there`s no obligation on Nic to provide us guys in the UK with these good deals on Supra parts........... i appreciate all the trouble and effort he`s put in. Roy. Terminator
I am just trying to help you and telling you the truth about the shipping time from HK PO to the UK (We can ask the post office together and see who is right from experience), but if you dont like to hear the truth, I am sorry then Sorry to Hijack your thread Nic , but I have had enough of this. Nic is a well respected MKIV club member, I have had good service for Nic for many years, and been very satisfied with the shipment service he has given. I have always had the choice of what postal service I want to pay for and I always went for the cheapest air shipping. I don’t think most people are in a huge rush for parts when they are modding, if they are then they will pay a higher price and get next day over here, if the part is that urgent. If it is a GB then people expect there to be a time delay any way to get the number for the GB. I have organised GB’s and know what APITA it can be. The biggest was over £13000 it took weeks and no one complained about the time factor. Come to think of it I don’t think I have heard anyone complain about Nic’s service. As you live in HK all this is totally irrelevant to you as you get you own parts. I have been a member of this board longer than most. I don’t think in all the time I have been here have I seen another member keep plugging away at another members threads, the way you do. This is a friendly board where we respect each other and try to help each other out. I suspect this is not your motive.

Guest KARacing
This is a friendly board where we respect each other and try to help each other out. I dont want to hijack anyone's thread, but I really want to make this clear about my post after i read your reply. As I have said from my last post. I was just trying to help someone on here about the shipping time from HK. I have been living in HK for over 20 years and I know HK PO service more than anyone on here for sure. I was just telling the truth from my experience for over 20 years. Anyways, if Nic doesnt want any of my help. I am so sorry for wasting your time for reading my post. P.S. please no hard feeling
Nic
Thanks for the support guys, no big deal really, for the huge majority of parcels I send to the UK I've had no complaints about the postal service, some have arrived in 4 days some have taken 8 days. I wish I could get them there sooner but normal airmail is the most cost effective and most 'import tax friendly' service I've found ps. I was at the PO today and was told 4-7 days for airmail to UK
Terminator
I promise this will be my last post in this thread Nic. I was just trying to help someone on here about the shipping time from HK. Anyways, if Nic doesnt want any of my help. I am so sorry for wasting your time for reading my post. P.S. please no hard feeling This has to be a wind up, just read your posts in this thread and many others, helpful, I think I will not be the only one who will disagree. It takes more than stupid gifs and facile comments to hide ulterior motives and to earn peoples respect on here. Your tactics are not appreciated on this board.
