That MR2 looks nice CJ. Get yourself some Revision 6 lights. I had those on mine and they transform the car IMHO.

It doesn't look like that yet Gaz - but that is how I am hoping it will look before long. rev 6 lights? A la Rogue?

Well, we (as in me and my youngest son Josh who, by the way, was the main ideas fella behind the design of the old Orange car) have already bought an accident damaged turbo model and have pplans to either fix that up and sell the UK one on or (and this is more likely) swap the parts needed to turn the UK into a 300ish BHP car that looks something like this:

I have no doubt CJ that your car will end up as awesome as this one. You seem to have that touch.

I have to admit that the diversity and knowledge base of this place has been one of the main things I have missed in my absence. I frequent PH mainly in the photography section and I like to lurk in the Lounge, but this place has always been a draw on me.

on the other hand,.. i've just posted a serious question regarding boost gauges,.. and the only answer i've received was some guy with sexual fantasies talking about genitalia size.

:D

I love this forum.

In my defence I thought it was a good guess and wasted 4minutes of my life.

I'm not on here as much these days, but from my brief visits back it generally feels as friendly and helpful as it used to be. As for the lack of responses on the MR2 forums, I wouldn't read too much into that. You have the benefit of being a very popular and likeable member on here which seems to lubricate the reply button. Starting as a newbie on other forums always seems to be slow on the reply front, well for me it does. Hell, I still get threads with no responses on forums I'm popular on.... hmmm maybe I am just a James Hunt then lol. Such is life.

I can't grumble CJ, how goes it your end?

Getting there slowly my friend. Slowly but surely ;)

Some of the newer members must be wondering why it seems so good for me to (figuratively) see so many old faces here this evening. It just brings back great memories of times gone by when single supra's were incredibly rare.

We were pie on ears we were! :D

My longest thread was my first one, by a big margin.

It was all downhill from there! :rlol:

I still have one with no replies after two weeks, although I did post it at 4.32am. Still, with 97 views, no replies. Must be GCHQ, MI5, CIA, NSA, NATO, Mossad etc. :D

If you can find me and if you can afford me, maybe you could hire the Thread Killer! :eyebrows:

I must be a James Hunt too. Well at least my Mother loves me. She said so in her last email at Christmas.
