dr_jekyll
hi guys. in order to complete the revival of my supra i need the front part of a prop from a turbo mk3 with r154 and i really need some 1jz-r154 clutch cover bolts. or could anybody tell me if the tt6 has longer clutch cover bolts that will fit on the 1jz flywheel, thanks
J_Supra_07
6speed bolts are long and only half threaded. Not 100% how long now but I'd say around 75mm long at a guess but. I know they where to long when I put my lightend fly in.
dr_jekyll
is that the flywheel bolts or the clutch pressure plate bolts dude?
J_Supra_07
the flywheel bolts yeh. the other bolts are only small to hold the cover on.
Mr Ree
The ARP flywheel bolts will be the best option. They use the same ones as the 4AGE engine, and are quite well priced
dr_jekyll
ok guys , sligtly missing here. my flywheel bolts are fine. i need the bolts to fix the pressure plate to the flywheel. the w58 clutch bolts are too short to go throught the r154 clutch housing , so im guessing the pull type clutch bolts on the soarer or mk3 will be longer. these are the ones i need
Chris Wilson
Just get some grade 8 hex heads or some cap heads, there's nothing special at all about clutch cover bolts, in fact cap heads will be far better quality. the only "trick" bolts in the region are the flywheel to crank bolts. garethr
The 1JZ clutch cover bolts (90119‑08302) are the same as the bottom cambelt pulley bolt on a 7M, so you should have no problem ordering them from your local Toyota dealer.
