How tight should ARB to chassis bushes be?

As the title, how tight should they be on the bar, should they be any twist allowed in the bar or should it be clamped absolutely solid ?

Also I'm unsure if I should get the poly ones or stock rubber? Will there be any difference in 'feel' between the two? keeping in mind rest of the car is stock.

The polys seem to be probably cheaper.

Not bad mate. Still here grafting away on cars other than Supra's for a change although one or two keep showing up being pests :D

Make sure you measure the bar diameters with a caliper gauge as there are a couple of different sizes available although when I got mine I just gave Mr Whiffin my sizes and he took care of the rest
