After last nights snow a bloke parked his rather tastey porker at the co-op I'd imagine as he was struggling to drive it. The co-op people said you have to buy something to park there to which he just strugged his shoulders and said along the lines of whatever and being a bit arrogant.

So this morning the co-op people decided to clear there parking area and launch and I mean launch all the snow over the porker so the guy can't get in without a bit of a struggle!

I have a video of them doing it also as I live opposite!

I think maybe a bit over the top and imagine he would be a bit peed off but if he was nice and asked if it was ok then I doubt there wouldn't be a problem!

pic as promised

He's not been back yet!

Sounds like a arrogant sod BUT is it just me that thinks its a bit OTT, although still funny.

Hope its not a convertible or the co op could have a nice bill soon enough. Saying that even if its not a convertible there could still be damage...

I imagine there would be a fair deal of grit and maybe some salt on the paintwork now. He could also argue that the weight of the snow has damaged his suspension.

Although I agree that the arrogant cnut should be taken down a peg or two, why not just surround his car with the snow as opposed to actually touching it? If they guy owns a 911 he won't be short of a bob or two. First thing I would establish is if the snow was put there with the managers permission. It's could then be the co-op that is sued.

Putting a claim for a respray in's a bit steep. What's the difference between snow falling out the sky and snow falling off a shovel. The car probably had snow all over it anyway and I doubt and stones or grit would have penetrated the layer of snow on the car. Arrogant people annoy me. Manners don't cost a thing.

Personally I'd have just built snow men surrounding the car.

If anyone did that to my car, they'd be in serious trouble. Better to abandon the car in a car park than on the side of the road surely... did they forget it was heavy snow and he probably couldn't drive it anywhere else? I'm sure he didn't want to abandon it. Agreed from the sounds of it, he had a bad attitude, but still well over the top and quite moronic.

Exactly, potentially damaging someone else property is never appropriate imo, Surrounding the car would have put the same point across with no potential damage.

Bang out of order really, it would have been funny if they had built a wall around it but putting on top with pebbles and grit that could damage the paintwork is stupid. If it were me I would have just bought a pack of chewing gum like H said but if I came back to that I would be going ape and rip the manager a new one !!

Depends what they picked up in the process with the shovel, even the smallest bit of grit could cause damage when it starts to thaw and slide down the paint work,

Not really if it had damaged the paint I would have claimed for a full respray. Why should you be left worse off becuase of someone elses spiteful actions?
