Now this is what you call a minter. Ever seen a MK II Escort that's still this factory fresh? No, neither have I except when they were new. Unique? Probably. Expensive. Damned right, VERY!!! Optimistically so? Who knows, who'd have thought MKI Lotus Cortinas would be near £100K...

Super clean, but it's still just an old Escort.

Somewhere, some place, on some car forum, there is somebody saying the EXACT same thing about a tidy looking Supra :D :D

Each to their own, I'm sure plenty of Ford boys would love this, however, like you, I'm not one of them.

I must be at the wrong age, I've had mk1 and mk2's and would love another. The mk3 onwards just just don't do anything for me, had several but not a 1600i and even now the plastic dash and torque steer makes me cringe. Not many cars post 1979 are classics in my mind. But that is one clean car, is it worth 26k? I guess its worth whatever an enthusiast is willing to pay.

The one in dnks post gives me goosebumps for the right reason :)
