drive belt tensioner

If it's a plastic pulley the bearing is moulded in and not replaceable. Toyota don't sell the pulley on its own, only the whole tensioner arm assembly. Either hope it's a steel pulley where the bearing is replaceable (I keep them in stock), or see Whifbitz, I think they do an alloy pulley to replace the plastic one.

For the metal pulleys the bearing number is 6203-2RSH.

I bought an SKF bearing from an engineering supplier for £7.50.

If you have a bit of an engineering brain its a simple job. If plastic then like Chris has already stated then a replacement unit will be needed.
