That doesn't sound right at all.

Stock 16's wont even go over UK rears never mind fit!

Correction 17" and the spacer is to fill the arch lol (purely for the look), but I have got some 16's and jspec rear brakes to fit

But I did read that 16's would fit with a spacer so was going to try and haven't got round to it, maybe won't try now lol

Martin will need you to fit the jspecs when I go down the strip :)

God sake why am I always on pit duty :(

Just my 2p, a spacer will only move the spokes away from the caliper but it wont change the fact that the caliper is physically to big for 16s to actually go over.

Maybe because your good at it? :D Especially after the quick shock change at shakespeare for Neil!! lol

Fair enough will have to pop the jspecs on.

I think there are some members that have used the 16inch stock rims plus spacer on the RR with UK spec brakes...

The RX7 rim is a popular choice, at worst I think some of them require the UK caliper to be ground slightly to clear...

I am looking for the RX-7 rim (hopefully I find one that clears) and gonna run 255/50R16 DR's... Most likely MT or BF..

But non the less it had to be machined to fit.

Spacers can't take away the fact that the caliper is to large for stock 16s to fit over without modification.

Swap to jspec rears or find yourself some RX7 16 rear wheels if you don't fancy swapping brakes over.
