Callaway Motorsport
Historic bump lol. Because of Jason being Born, obviously pressed for time, so not looking to rush things, and i have put the stamp on the car for end of 2013 at least (moved the deadline up to many times already) Loads of extra parts in we have made custom for the car, 1- 3,5" DP + midpipe for the turbo back, also ceramic coated. 2- Titan cam gears in black 3- Gates racing belts 4- Tial stuff all came in 5- New filter and intake 6- NEw oil filter and PHR filter union (to get rid of the stock oil cooler crap 7- Billet Lower waterneck adapter 8- WEld bungs for our new braided coolant hose kits (also available in the webshop very soon) 9- New DCA/PHR Turbo heat shield. Also making sure i get a PHR gauge cluster in the baby. And we are going back to our old plan, using the Burns mufflers for a double setup in 4 inch. some pics: Edited August 20, 2013 by Callaway Motorsport (see edit history)
hodge
Just for reference, Dane, with the lower water neck adaptor, you can use an N/A lower water neck instead of buying the adaptor. They run in the prefect position to fit. All you have to do is drill the holes a little bigger. It's a 2 minute job. I've got 1 on mine with a T6 setup and it's mines away from the charge pipe. Which includes flanges and 2x Burns stainless mufflers. It will simply be a single/big single exhaust with a little less sound.

Callaway Motorsport
Work has started again Things done saturday: Removed: All crappy lines and useless bolts and braces (previous owner placed them for IC) Ex. Manifold studs Drained radiator Stock radiator lines. Cleaned up exhaust gaskets, they were in top condition. Just needed some surface grease and dirt removed. Placed: new turbo feed and oil return lines. Work on wednesday: Remove radiator completely Clean up head on exhaust manifold part. Place new studs Clean engine bay Place exhaust manifold Also found out that the studs already on the car (exh manifold) Were too long. That explained the difficulty in getting it off in the first place. Along with a few other things i am removing the parts and stuff around the engine bay that are no longer needed Or have been badly placed by previous owner, all of this will make the car nice and tidy again. Callaway Motorsport
Some more updates: Been busy in the engine bay, but i need to remove the engine for the oil pump, so will be upgrading the engine with ARP rod and main bolts, thats fine enough for the moment, as we only want to run a nice streetable 700~ hp https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/t1.0-9/1655876_572918496126887_1861960398_n.jpg https://fbcdn-sphotos-g-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn2/t1.0-9/1601498_556472684438135_1959377717_n.jpg Interior has all been cleaned out, cleaned it all up and its now ready for rollcage testfit and carpet placement (a new carpet is on the way) and we are also covering the whole rear side of the car in black carpet. So it will look very neat and tidy. https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-frc1/t1.0-9/1795625_590483294370407_666461498_n.jpg Also test fitted the brand new Mishimoto race ready radiator, very strong build and frame on this, will not budge when you have headlift, and its very efficient overall. Just need to make some braces top and bottom for it to slide into place. https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/t1.0-9/10009900_586830241402379_508713808_n.jpg Our new PHR Manifold was also fabricated in a custom setup. Billet collector and Turbosmart Powergate 60mm with extra long screamer pipe. I may actually recirculate it into the DP if its too loud. https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/t1.0-9/1972500_580760445342692_1773959325_n.jpg We also have our PHR power steering kit ready to fit, along with the modded oil pump and a few other goodies. https://scontent-a-ams.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc1/t1.0-9/1474396_659123510798293_1993798520_n.jpg
