Shipping problems

Hi guys, I have a question about shipping.

I bought a couple of things here in the for sale section and I’m just not getting my parts. Now I don’t want to point fingers yet but what is a fair time to be waiting on parts and at what point am I being dicked with?

-First I bought a rare mines strut brace. But it’s so rare that it is taking about3 months to ship from England to the Netherlands.

-Second I bought a pair of oem skirts, but this is also already taking more then 2 weeks.

Now I bought from Keron and Paul and have had no problems there it seems to get here in like 4 days.

Could there be a difference in shipping company’s or way of shipping??

I would love your input guys

Mate I am in the same position as you. 3 months waiting is a joke and I am getting very annoyed about the whole situation.

If I wasn't away with work until march this would have been sorted for everyone involved by now.

I know he has had problems and I totally understand which we all did and gave him time. At the end of the day though 3 months is far too long and business is business. Parts or refunds should have been sorted long ago.

The worst part of all though is the lack of any updates on the forum from him which to me shows a total disregard for the whole situation.

Totally unacceptable.

I once sold a suspension set (not for a supra) to a fella in Australia and it was there with in 5days i think that was with DHL or FedX. But either way 3 months is to long.

Have you tryed getting in contact with the person and asking what the hell is going on?

Trying to get in contact with the person in question seems to be the issue at the moment.

He should change his username to the scarlet pimpernel.

Then again he would have to actually log on to do that.

Did that last bit come across a bit sarcastic? Sorry but I'm in a bit of a mood at the moment. That time of the month for me I think

Has he confirmed it is the same seller?

I could be wrong of course but I will hedge my bets and say it is.

OP has posted in the for sale thread that I am talking about complaining about lack of parts.

A lot of members in there waiting for parts or refunds since November

lol yeah hope my package isn't on board

yeah no problem but both times they say it has been shipped and it should have been there already

Thats not a shipping problem!

Who did you buy the items from?

Have you been in contact and what has been the response.

If you feel you are being ignored or cheated then the best route is to open a dispute.

i hear you brother but what can i do???

nah ken is another problem i have, but i'm not the only one

3 months? I could swim there quicker! :)

I would suggest that you open a dispute as that is way too long to be waiting for parts.

I dont suppose it is anything to do with this thread?

Well for one reason or another i never seem to get a tracking numbers and it always ends up moving away from that subject

Yes, 3 months is too long to wait. I would suggest a reasonable timeframe is 2 weeks from the time of posting. There is a chance that the courier used will be able to track the items, so it's worth asking the sender about that.
