That covers over the brakes and shadows though which always detracts from the effect. Also with just an overlay you get an almost dull finish rather than the bright black chrome look. I masked out everything other than the spokes.. tediously... copied it to a new layer then then added 2 layer masks with the cutout selected, de-saturated around 50% to take away the blue hue then adjusted the opacity of both layers to suit.
