I've been cleaning and painting the brake system, so could put some parts back to the car, and make some space in the garage ;).

I've painted the ABS servo 2k silver, it's frame black, cleaned the master brake cylinder, and carefully sanded the 2nd hand Ksport brakes.

I had to take the anodised layer off before painting, or else the paint won't hold.

The brakes fit perfectly behind the wheels, although these wheels won't stay, bought other ones off here, and will post pic's once I got them (can't wait...hopefully next weekend :D)

I picked up the wheels I bought from Robert this weekend in London, thanks Robert am really happy with them

Here is a test fit, I will probably need to roll the arches but love the looks, and they are really light compared to muy old wheels.

Little update, sand blasted and painted (and fitted) the driveshafts I bought from JamieP earlier this year (thanks for them, they were in a much better condition than my auto ones!).

I made some plastic caps to prevent sand getting where I didn't want it (disassembled on the second photo).

Also toyed a bit with the wheels, I was afraid the front wheels where a bit too wide, but after removing the shocks and trying the wheels in the highest possition I found they fitted perfect, only the rears will rub the lip so have to roll that flat.

And weighed the wheels, the fronts are 4 kg lighter than my old ones , 19.2 kg vs 23.2 kg including tires, both falkens fk456 but the new ones are an inch wider:D
