RedM
I hate shaving. Absolutely detest it with every fibre of my being. I'd let it grow but I hate having facial hair too! I have sensitive skin so every shave leaves me looking like something out of Hellraiser. Plus it's boring. What a waste of time. I wish I could afford electrolysis. I'd love to never need to look at my ugly mug again. So, thoughts please. Is shaving a pain? Maybe you don't mind it. Any tips for a cleaner, closer shave? I can't be the only one. RedM
I can go about three days before the hair starts to annoy me. I end up sitting there plucking hairs out until I can get home to shave. I have to shave every other day or I get comments like "growing a beard are we?" or "did you not go home last night?". Mind you, once when I was ill, I didn't shave for about 2 weeks. Had the best shave ever after that. No blood, hair came off easily, felt and looked good and took about two days to even start to show again. Weird. RedM
Are we talking facial hair or body hair? Erm, facial hair. Although if you rally want to share some other places that you shave, then feel free.
SupraStar 3000
I never wet shave. only electric for me and my bush
Homer
Can't stand it either, its a real chore which I don't have time for. Electric razors just don't do the job so wet shave is the only thing that works properly! I get the Hobo look after only 12 hours or so!! I work from home a lot and must admit I look like a tramp most of the time
RedM
Electric! I have a Philips that cost me £130 and I never got a satisfactory shave from it. Got a few burns but that was about it. Oh yeah, and 50 quid for replacement blades!!

RobSheffield
Hate it with a passion seldom even dreamed of by most!!! i must have really thin skin or something, because im always cutting myself, and i end up with severe razor burn nightmare!! and if i leave it a day boss always asks 'razor broken is it?' - every time....even if its only the day before he last asked!! Elliot
I can't stand it. I can never get a close shave. Even after I've shaved I still have really thick stubble!
Scoboblio
Hate it... luckily I have the face / stubble of a 15 year old so I can usually get away with it for a day or so if I'm not at work

Rob
I've got one of those Braun Synchro razors that washes itself in an alcohol bath every day. Its the only razor I've had that doesn't give me lots of little pimples all over my chin. I'm not a morning person but shaving whilst sitting on the karzi is quite relaxing. I'd love to have a proper cut-throat and hot towel shave in a traditional barbers shop. "Something for the weekend sir?" "Yeah, come round and cut my lawn"

MrAngry
Hmm, waxing your face, could it work? God I bet that would smart a bit just imagine how swollen your face would be afterwards. It would look like you had been 10 rounds with Mike Tyson. I hate shaving also. I am another one that lets it go a few days before it starts to annoy me. especially the little sods around the corners of the mouth. I even bought one of those vibrating shavers. Took it back the next day and, well, the guy took one look at my face and didn't argue. I use King of Shaves gel at the moment and it's pretty good. Much better than most. As for a cutthroat shave. I had one a few years back and, if ever I win the lottery, I will have them all the time. Perfect.
