Velociraptor
Hey, this question may have been asked a few time in the past but i couldnt find the answer anywhere sorry fellas, I have a UK TT auto BPU, if i fitted a MINES ECU to it would there actually be any power gains? And if so would it be worth it? Theres one on here for sale right now but not sure if it would be worth it if the power gain was so minimal?? SteveC
If your talking about the one Supralad is selling, that one's mapped for J-Spec 440cc injectors so I'd say it wouldn't be suitable for a UK with it's 550cc injectors.

Swampy442
MINES ECUs, unlike, say, Blitz access ones can be mapped for specific mods on request as well as just the usual timing tweaks, boost increases etc. Its always best to get the serial number off the ECU and email MINES Japan, they can then tell you exactly whats been done
Guest b15njy
Thats handy didn't know that was possible, i thought they were all generic in by just the normal boost increase,FCD, higher revving and more aggressive timing.

How much the Mines ECU's sell by now ? I may have mine to sell soon as I'm going for a standalone ecu
Lude
i cant see mines emailing you back. they speak japanese, and i just doubt they would bother to reply. i woudnt like to buy a ECU that isnt customly done for my car, it could have been mapped for someones car with different setup. even if similar parts were fitted to both cars, i just think its very vaugue and you dont know what its going to do. thats for me personally anyway, others may have different view on
